Report illegal content or appeal a decision

Illegal-content notice

Anyone may notify Evert Kuus of specific content they believe is illegal. Email kuusevert@gmail.com with the subject “Pactune illegal content notice”. You do not need a Pactune account.

Include enough detail

• your name and email address, unless the notice concerns offences involving sexual abuse or exploitation of children;
• the exact Pactune page, activity, username, or other electronic location;
• a clear explanation of why the content is illegal and, if known, the relevant legal rule;
• screenshots or other supporting information when useful; and
• this statement: “I believe in good faith that the information in this notice is accurate and complete.”

What happens next

Receipt will be acknowledged using the contact details provided. Notices are reviewed in a timely, diligent, objective, and non-arbitrary manner. The notifier will be told the outcome, and an affected user will receive a clear reason if content or account access is restricted, unless law prevents that disclosure.

Appeal a moderation decision

An affected user may email kuusevert@gmail.com with the decision date, account username, the restriction being appealed, and the reason they believe the decision should be changed. Appeals receive a fresh review.

Urgent danger

This channel is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Reports of suspected child sexual abuse material should also be made to the appropriate national reporting authority or police.
